Catalonia is a small Mediterranean European nation with traditions dating back more than a thousand years. A land with its own history and language that enjoys a rich gastronomic culture. It is home to some of the best culinary traditions in Europe.

Catalonia is surrounded by the sea and by mountains. These surroundings have helped develop a unique and rich gastro-nomic culture where tradition meets innovation.

We are Segarreta, a craft microbrewery located in Santa Coloma de Queralt, based in the heart of Catalonia, exploiting these assets to brew unique and innovative beers. We are people of the countryside. In our lands we harvest the cereals, excellent wheat and barley malts are farmed in the area, gathering wild hops from surrounding riverbeds and using selected ingredients from trustworthy sources that brewing unique beers with a distinctly local touch.

Our beers are 100% natural. No additives are added and all batches are hand crafted by our Master Brewer. Quality is our obsession. Our brewery is in a refurbished textile factory built in the 19th century. The building fits perfectly with our values - tradition, heritage and innovation.
